Order of attack
Priority
- Staff @ work (especially the multi-team ERD/RFC)
- Certs (SAP CO + CKAD) + Gate A DSA (30 spoken problems); aim for LeetCode Knight
- Folio core topics: System design → Concurrency → HLD problems
- Rest of Folio + Gate B/C as interviews approach
1. Staff @ work (core Staff criteria)
The differentiating skill is multi-team impact (ERD/RFC reviewed and adopted across teams), not another programming language.
2. Certifications
Keep the cert list short and serious — skip beginner pile-ons.
3. LeetCode / DSA + Staff design
Spoken practice. Pattern log on misses. Treat LeetCode Knight rank as a worthwhile milestone (signals consistent contest/performance depth beyond grinding random easies).
4. Folio curriculum (315 topics)
